Our Story

Since opening our doors in 2020, T&T Hail Repair Specialists have provided high-quality auto body repairs for Carmel, IN, and beyond. Locally owned and operated, we treat all our customers like family and work hard to deliver five-star customer service. Tommy and Tealah make a powerful team that understands auto body repairs and paintless dent repair (PDR). At the age of 20, Tommy began working in an auto body shop and, in 2002, began training in PDR. With 30 years of experience under his belt and the title of master technician, Tommy is the perfect person to lead our team in the shop. Tealah began her career in a body shop in 2012 and has worked for several PDR companies and body shops through the years. Her experience in how to run a business is key to our success. She is keenly aware of what works and doesn’t work for customer service. That’s reflected in our customer service excellence promise to our valued customers. To help bring the smiles, we employ Ratchet, the little French bulldog, who is always there to greet you when you come in.
