No, you should owe nothing out of pocket for damages. We work with your insurance company to have all damages repaired by them.
Q: How long will my repair take?
Repair time can vary depending on the time it takes for insurance to approve damages and if any paint is required for your repair. However the paintless dent repair process is rather quick with our master technicians (1-3 days). We keep you informed every step up the process updating with any changes and delays that may arise.
Q: My insurance is asking me to get three estimates…do I really need to do that?
No, getting three estimates is truly a waste of your precious time. Once you’ve chosen us as your repair facility, we contact your insurance on your behalf, write a thorough estimate and submit it to them with all required documentation and photos. We take the hassle away from running around town getting estimates and having to navigate the stressful process of dealing with your insurance company.
Q: Do you offer a rental car?
Yes, we have rentals and loaners available for our customers!
Q: My car is a lease…do I have to fix the hail damage?
Yes. You have to turn the vehicle in the same way you received it. Failure to do so will result in additional charges from the dealership.
